What's Up? So today I give you Take Back Home Girl by Chris Lane featuring Tori Kelly.

So Chris actually got into music because he couldn't play basketball anymore. He learned guitar, and started a band that did cover songs. Him and his brother even auditioned for American Idol once upon a time. He started as the frontman of the Chris Lane Band, but he did end up going solo. Not surprising considering the band name. His debut single came out in 2014 and earned him a lot of exposure. He had already toured with lots of notable country groups with his band, but this was his first solo stuff taking off. He released his album in 2016. It's been doing well and I'm sure this isn't the last we've seen of him. Now Tori I think a lot of people know.  She also auditioned for American Idol, and after not getting far in that she learned to play guitar and started making her own songs. She released her own EP an it ended up in the top ten on iTunes. After that it was only up for her. She signed with a label in 2013, and toured with Ed Sheeran that same year. She's collaborated on songs and done singles for a variety of projects, and pretty recently was the voice for a character in Sing. She's an amazing artist and seems really sweet so if you like her check out her other stuff.
