This is so unexpectedly awesome! I can't get enough of that beat. It's so perfect, and makes me start jamming right away. This song really is flawless. His singing is great, they mood set through the music is great and everything blends together expertly. It reminds me of old music from just before my childhood, and that makes me so incredibly happy. Seriously, listen to this one. It's the best.

Hi. Today's song is No Freedom by Dido.

Here's a slower song than yesterday. This one is more of a ballad than a dance track, making it all the more beautiful. Her voice has a calming affect on me which is helping me de-stress about midterms. I know most of us students are starting to go a little bonkers, so I figured it would be good to share this just in case you guys need to relax too. So enjoy this song, and keep carrying on...I secretly love rhyming.

Hey guys. So today's song is Mirrors by Natalia Kills.

This isn't a new song, but it's new to me. People seem to think she's the new Lady Gaga. I have to admit that this song sounds a lot like Gaga music. From the beat to how she uses the auto tune on her voice, you would think it was a Lady Gaga song if the voices didn't have such a different tone. Whatever, lots of artists have the same types of songs, because there are only so many changes to the melody and tempo that can be made. This is a pretty good song. I wouldn't listen to it everyday, but it's good for the flow of my day. So check it out, and tell me what you're thoughts are on this one.

Good morning. Today's song is Not Gonna Wait by Baker.

Well, this guy is pretty hot. Sorry, my hormones are peaked this week, so I notice looks a whole lot more. Even if he wasn't that good looking, he is talented. This is a fun song with a dance party feel to it. It's becoming a habit for me to give you club stuff on Mondays... obviously I'm never interested in having the week start up again. I really like the simplicity of the video. Putting together scenes of him walking around, singing in front of a window and showing him in the building dancing looked awesome. It probably wasn't simple to film, but it comes off beautifully. So try this one out, and see if you like it.

Alright, today's song is Tidal Wave by Husky.

We need something relaxing today. This helps me to calm down and let go of all the craziness around me. Just sitting in your room, eyes closed and playing this song will help to relax. This song has a really cool groove to it and is just so different than what I hear on a normal basis. I love it. The video is a little strange, but very interesting to watch. I suggest you view it as well as listen to the music. I think you'll like it. If not....well, too bad.

Hi. So today's song is A Tattered Line Of String by The Postal Service.

I love when you find people in multiple groups. The singer from this band is the singer from Death Cab For Cutie. There is a huge argument about this music copying other music, so let me set this straight. Death Cab For Cutie is not copying or being copied by this group, because (like I said) it's the same dude. You can't copy yourself. Also, these guys are not copying Owl City. Look at the release dates on stuff and you will see that Owl City came after the Postal Service. Sorry, but this whole argument thing was annoying me. Some people are so clueless.... and really, none of us should care because this song and this band is amazing. So focus on the music and you'll love it.

Hey guys. Today I give you Waking Dream by Bleeding Rainbow.

I absolutely love the guitar in this song. The drums are pretty good too, but I naturally hear guitar first. It's a cool song. There is a definite change between the verse music and the chorus music. The voices tend to mesh together really well and work with the instruments beautifully. The girl in this video is obviously tripping out, but it's an entertaining concept. So give this song a listen, check out the video and have a fantastic (non drugged up) day.

This is a relatively new upload to YouTube, and still doesn't have many views. This is me helping to fix that. I love this song. It's such a pretty song to listen to when you're traveling. Morning! So today's song is Crazy For Love by Neven.

Yes, this song is in a different language. No, I have no idea what they're saying. Neither of those things matter to me. It's a really cool sounding song, and they have great voices whether or not I understand them. They throw some English in there so don't freak out. The video is so funny. If I was that hot I would definitely relish in it....I probably wouldn't go around stealing dude's cars and holding them at gunpoint, but everyone has their thing haha. Check it out.

Hey. Today's song is Hibernate by Pretty & Nice.

This is a very seizure inducing video, so don't watch it if you can't handle it. The song is really interesting to me. It's a mix of club music with rock and satisfies my love of both. You need to be in a certain mood for this stuff, and I understand if some of you don't like it, but today I needed a song that was a little more out there and dancy. Monday's always should be more upbeat to counteract the dreariness. So give it a listen, and tell me what you think.

Hi. So today's song is Aeroplane by Moustache Prawn.

First of all, killer name for the band. I love it. This is the good part of YouTube that I'm in again, listening to bands unknown to most, but better than big stars. These guys are an example of that. The sound they put out is so perfect. It's a very light, cute song that still has the depth that I long for. If my mood today could be put to music, it would be this song. So give it a listen and spread the word about bands like these so they can get out there.

Hi. So today's song is You And I by Anjulie.

I know I've already done an Anjulie song, but her music is just so good! It's the day after my birthday and I'm officially 20. Sammy and I were supposed to go have a girls day and do a bunch of stuff, but she's not feeling well. So we've just been hanging out at her house doing homework and playing with the pets. We normally end up sitting at the table in her kitchen listening to music with animals lounging on us. Today I had Draco, their bearded dragon, chillin on my shoulder and we were singing along to music including this song. I thought it seemed pretty good for today since it fits my mood, so try to enjoy it.

Hey Guys. So today's song is Sin Wagon by the Dixie Chicks.

So today was my birthday, which I was kind of over by the time the day actually rolled around. I went and had dinner with my family and then I went out with some of the girls to celebrate. We ended up going to this pub by my house which had karaoke. It was kinda fun, but all really strange. There were some ridiculously bad singers and then there was one girl who had a crazy good voice. She was singing this song, and everyone gave me funny looks when I started singing along. Apparently none of my friends knew that I could sing this song. The girl in the pub definitely did this song justice, it was insane. So check it out, and I apologize right now for just how country it is. There are banjos. You've been warned.

This is a really cool song. Once again I'm finding things from my YouTube sidebar, which is awesome. Lots of people say that they never get anything good there, but it's generated from what you watch. So people, if your sidebar is crap, the stuff you're watching is crap. Don't blame the system. I even learned about this in school!! There is a term for this...I think it's called the fundamental attribution error. Boom! I'm getting smarter haha. Anyway, this is an awesome band, they're really mellowed and and I find it perfect for this Valentine's Day. So give them a listen.

Hi, so today's song is The Bad Touch by Bloodhound Gang.

This video is horrifying. They darted the women and kidnapped them!! While singing about having sex! I feel like this combination will not end well, and then when the dude was eating the bug and it was still wiggling everywhere....ugh I almost puked. I didn't realize what this song was till it got to the chorus. I knew I had heard it before because it sounded so familiar, but when I figured it out I laughed. It's such a random song, but it so funny. I figure funny is good for today, so enjoy this.

Hello, so today's song is Devil's Dance Floor by Flogging Molly.

Why did I never know who these guys were? This is awesome! I don't even know how to describe this, it's just so great. It makes me want to run around on a ship deck singing and dancing with beer. That's where it takes me. In my mind, I am on a pirate ship. The rhythm of this is just insane, I love it! Okay, I don't know what to tell you about this, so you just need to listen to it. Wow.

Hey! So today's song is Must Have Done Something Right by Reient K.

I mentioned the band name yesterday, and then realized you probably have no idea who they are. Most people don't. This is a band that I actually stole from my sister. She had a mix CD of their stuff in her room that I borrowed when I snuck into her room for her Simple Plan CD. I really like them, they're rock but not crazy rock and roll. I found out a few years ago that a guy I crushed on in junior high said they were his favorite band. I kind of wish I had known that then, maybe we actually could have been friends. Oh well.... Anyway, check these guys out.

Hey Guys. So today I give you Every Time I Look For You by Blink 182.

I love Blink 182. They have always been so good! I used to listened to Blink 182 all the time, they were my band while everyone else was obsessed with Hilary Duff. I think they were actually the first band that got me out of the pop music phase....I loved the sound so much that I switched genres and started looking for more bands like them. So Blink 182 is how I found Simple Plan, Sum 41, Green Day, and Relient K just to name a few. If you haven't heard their stuff you should check it out because they are a really incredible band.

The voice on this girl is ridiculous. In a good way. I wish I had the power vocals like she does. I really like this song, even though it kinda sounds like stuff I hate. It's probably her. The fact that she actually has musical ability counteracts the weird rap trend going on. You should give this song a listen and tell me what you think. I really would like other opinions on this one.

Hey. So today's song is Hottest Girl In The World by JLS.

I really shouldn't like this as much as I do. It's a boy band! You can't help but like boy bands, they are designed to be a fangirls dream. Yes, this is a pop song, without a doubt. I have gone back to pop. I grew up with this genre for most of my preteen life, it's hard to go cold turkey. Anyway, you guys should check this out, because it's awesome. It's also sung in a high range, so most girls can sing along easily.

YouTube is giving me incredible music lately. Seriously this is so cool. I feel like I have a great life when I listen to this, which is saying a lot when the stress of everything is starting to pile up on me. Reading week can't come soon enough, but until it gets here I can just keep playing this song. "This life is contagious. Go Go tell your neighbors! Reach out and pass it on." That is such an incredible line, and a great message. So take it to heart and pass this song on.

Sassy girl group! I love sassy girl groups! They make life awesome because then I feel like I need to be sassy as well, except I'm always sassy. I will just amp it up!! Why are British singers so fucking awesome? Seriously, I want to move to England right now. These guys won the UK X Factor. That is definite talent. I seriously love this so much. Hey! So today's song is Domino by Jessie J.

So I have fun stories. Last night I went out with all the girls for Sarah's birthday, and we went to Moxies then decided to go dancing at roadhouse. I chose this song because it's clubby music. Anyway, we went to the Roadhouse and flaunted her birthday to the bouncer, so he let us girls in free (the boys that came had to pay ahaha) We got in there, and the only boy who would come dance with us was Sarah's boyfriend, so we all were dancing in a circle together. For some reason Alex (the boyfriend) ended up between me and Sarah, which I didn't have a problem with. Although I made quite the impression by singing all the words to LMFAO music while he stared at me. Eventually he went to find his friends and so six girls dancing alone attracted a lot of attention. Some dude invaded our circle and everyone cheered and high fived me when I shoved him out of it. I kind of protected all the girls from the skeezy men all night...but they were cool with it, and I was fine with it. Also the surrounding dudes thought it was hilarious when I would shoot down a guy hard. People should not bring me to the club, I am a cockblock. Someone has to be though. Anyway I wanted to share, so that was my interesting night.

I figured that I would show you another song considered ska music. As one of the comments on YouTube says, it's like an anti depressant in the music industry. This is just so uplifting . I find myself just bopping around to it all the time and that's not a bad thing. It's a very under appreciated art form, so if you have any interest in music at all (most of you do) you need to check it out.

Bet you weren't expecting something like this. Well, surprise! I also like ska music. This one is pretty awesome. So I found these guys because the band is coming to SAIT next month. I don't really know if it's the original group, since this is an older song, but whatever. This is amazing. For those of you who don't know what ska is, it's a type of music that is kind of the precursor to reggae music. It's really entertaining so check it out.
