If any of you hear this song and think "wow this sounds like Paper Lions" then congratulations, you are a genius. Once upon a time before Paper Lions was a thing, their band was called Chucky Danger. So the band is made up of John MacPhee, David Cyrus MacDonald, Colin Buchanan, and Rob MacPhee. John and Rob are brothers, Colin was their neighbor, and they met David in high school. They existed as Chucky Danger from 2004 to 2008, releasing two albums and an EP in that time. That EP won them Pop Recording of the Year from the East Coast Music Association. If you guys have been around the blog for awhile you know how much I love Paper Lions, so you know this comes with high praise from me.
