Maisie Peters is an English singer active since 2015. She started out on YouTube, releasing her debut singles in 2017. In 2018 her career started to pick up and she got signed to a label, releasing her debut EP at the end of the year. She released a couple singles in 2019, followed by another EP, before one of her songs got used for the Birds of Prey album in 2020. In 2021 she switched labels and released her debut album, and had also been writing a soundtrack album for an Apple TV series. So far this year she released a single which was an inside joke among her friends and ended up sparking dating rumors that she had to shut down. But that's just how inside jokes work, they are always something that gets misinterpreted so that's very relatable.
