Morning! Today's song is Sacrificial by Rezz featuring PVRIS.
Rezz is the stage name for Isabelle Rezazadeh, a Canadian DJ/producer active since 2015. She started out posting her stuff on SoundCloud, and was kind of discovered by Skrillex before getting signed and releasing two EPs in 2016. Her debut album came out in 2017, and then she won a Juno Award in 2018 before releasing her next album. She released another EP in 2019 and has been releasing singles since then so there's more to check out. PVRIS is a group formed by Lyndsey Gunnulfsen in 2012, and currently includes Lyndsey (aka Lynn Gunn) and Brian MacDonald with past members including Kyle Anthony, Brad Griffin and Alex Babinski. They were originally called Operation Guillotine before changing the name, and have released three EPs and three albums, with the most recent from 2020. They've also been releasing singles this year so you can go check their newer stuff out too. Enjoy.
